1. About This Privacy Policy JK Capital Private Limited ("JK Capital", "we", "our", or "us"), the operator of AIF Central ("AIF Central" or the "Platform"), is committed to respecting the privacy and security of the information shared by individuals who access and use our Platform.

AIF Central is a digital platform designed to help Users discover, explore, and compare Alternative Investment Funds ("AIFs") and access relevant fund-related information.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how JK Capital Private Limited, in connection with the operation of AIF Central, handles information that may be provided by Users through the Platform.

This Policy applies to individuals ("Users", "you", or "your") who:

  • Access or browse the AIF Central website;
  • Explore or compare AIFs and related investment information;
  • Request fund fact sheets or additional information;
  • Submit inquiries or voluntarily communicate with AIF Central;
  • Otherwise interact with features made available through the Platform.

AIF Central does not require Users to create an account or submit personal information merely to browse the publicly available fund information on the Platform, unless a specific feature requires otherwise.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use and other applicable policies published on the Platform. The processing of Personal Information shall be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable data protection requirements, to the extent relevant to the processing activities undertaken by JK Capital.

2. Definitions "Personal Information" means information relating to an identifiable individual that is collected or otherwise processed by JK Capital in connection with AIF Central, as defined under applicable law.

"Platform" means the AIF Central website, including its pages, features, fund discovery tools, comparison functionality, and information-request facilities.

"Services" means the features and functionalities made available through AIF Central, including fund discovery, comparison, fund information access, and inquiry handling.

"User" means any individual who accesses, browses, or interacts with the Platform.

"Fund Manager" means an AIF manager, investment management entity, or its authorized representative whose fund-related information may be displayed or whose details may be associated with a User inquiry.

"Third-Party Service Provider" means an external service provider engaged by JK Capital to support the operation, hosting, security, or other technical requirements of the Platform.

3. Information Collection and User Consent AIF Central is designed to allow Users to browse and explore available fund-related information without requiring the submission of Personal Information for ordinary browsing.

JK Capital may process Personal Information when a User voluntarily submits an inquiry, requests a fund fact sheet, contacts the Platform, or uses a feature that requires the provision of such information.

By voluntarily submitting Personal Information through the Platform, you acknowledge that the information may be used for the purposes described in this Policy.

Where consent is required under applicable law, JK Capital will seek consent through appropriate means.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading. If you do not agree with the applicable terms of this Policy, you should discontinue using the relevant Platform feature.

4. Information We Collect A. Information Voluntarily Provided by Users

AIF Central does not require Personal Information for ordinary browsing of its publicly available content.

However, when a User voluntarily submits information through a fact sheet request, inquiry, contact form, or other communication channel, JK Capital may receive information contained in that submission.

Depending on the form or feature used, this may include:

  • Name;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number, if requested or voluntarily provided;
  • Details of the AIF or fund information being requested;
  • Information included in the User's inquiry;
  • Any other information voluntarily submitted by the User.

The specific information collected will depend on the form and functionality implemented on the Platform.

JK Capital does not intentionally request unnecessary Personal Information for ordinary browsing.

B. Information Related to Fund Fact Sheet Requests

AIF Central provides functionality through which Users may request additional information about selected AIFs, including full fund fact sheets where available.

When a User submits a fact sheet request, the information provided may be:

1.​ Stored in the systems used by AIF Central for handling, tracking, and responding to the request; and 2.​ Shared with the relevant fund manager, fund representative, or authorized party, where necessary to facilitate the User's request and subject to applicable law.

The purpose of sharing such information is to support the User's request for fund-related information. Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential financial details through general inquiry forms unless specifically requested through an authorized and appropriate process.

AIF Central does not guarantee that every fund fact sheet or piece of information available through the Platform is complete, current, or suitable for any particular User.

C. Technical Information

AIF Central does not intentionally collect Personal Information through third-party analytics tools, as no analytics tools have been confirmed as being deployed on the Platform.

However, the Platform's hosting provider or other technical infrastructure may process certain technical information necessary to deliver, secure, and maintain the website, such as:

  • IP address;
  • Browser and device information;
  • Server request information;
  • Security and error logs;
  • Date and time of access.

The collection and retention of such information depend on the actual hosting infrastructure, security configuration, and applicable legal requirements.

JK Capital will not represent that such technical processing does not occur unless it has verified the practices of its hosting and infrastructure providers.

D. Cookies and Similar Technologies

AIF Central does not currently use third-party analytics tools for tracking User behavior, based on the information available at the time of publication.

The Platform may use technically necessary cookies or similar technologies, where required for its operation, security, or functionality.

If non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are introduced in the future, JK Capital will review the applicable privacy and consent requirements and update this Policy or provide additional notices where required.

Users may manage cookie settings through their browser, subject to the functionality available and the effect of disabling technically necessary cookies.

How We Use Your Information JK Capital may use information submitted through AIF Central for the following purposes: • To respond to User inquiries and requests; • To process requests for fund fact sheets and additional fund-related information; • To facilitate communication between Users and relevant fund managers or authorized representatives, where applicable; • To operate and maintain the Platform; • To improve the functionality, security, and usability of the Platform; • To investigate and respond to technical issues or security incidents; • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; • To protect our legal rights, property, and the security of our Users and Platform.

JK Capital does not currently use third-party analytics tools to conduct behavioral analytics or track User engagement across the Platform.

If the Platform's functionality or data-processing purposes change, this Policy may be updated accordingly.

Important Investment Disclaimer

AIF Central is intended to serve as a fund discovery and information platform.

Information displayed on the Platform is provided for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, constitute investment advice, a recommendation, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of investment performance.

Users should conduct their own due diligence and consult qualified financial or investment professionals before making investment decisions.

6. Analytics and Technology Tools AIF Central does not currently use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap, Hotjar, or Clearbit, based on the operational information provided for this Policy.

Accordingly, this Policy does not represent that AIF Central collects or processes User engagement data through those analytics platforms.

The Platform may rely on its hosting provider and other technical service providers to support website availability, security, and infrastructure operations.

The identity of the hosting provider and the precise data-handling arrangements should be verified by JK Capital and reflected in the Platform's operational documentation where relevant.

If analytics or tracking technologies are introduced in the future, JK Capital will review the applicable requirements and update this Policy as appropriate. 7. Third-Party Accounts and External Services AIF Central does not currently require Users to connect their email accounts, social media accounts, or other third-party accounts to access the ordinary fund discovery and comparison functionality of the Platform.

If third-party account integration is introduced in the future, any such integration will be governed by the applicable terms of the third-party provider and relevant privacy disclosures.

AIF Central may contain links or references to external websites, fund manager websites, or other third-party resources.

JK Capital is not responsible for the privacy policies, security practices, or content of third-party websites. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of such external websites before submitting any information.

8. Disclosure and Sharing of Information JK Capital does not sell or rent Personal Information collected through AIF Central.

We may disclose or share information in the following circumstances:

A. Relevant Fund Managers and Representatives

Where a User requests a fact sheet or additional information about a particular AIF, relevant inquiry information may be shared with the concerned fund manager, fund representative, or authorized party to facilitate the request.

The scope of information shared should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

B. Authorized Service Providers

We may share relevant information with service providers engaged to support the operation of AIF Central, including providers responsible for:

  • Website hosting;
  • Data storage;
  • Technical maintenance;
  • Security and infrastructure;
  • Communication services, where implemented.

Such providers may process information in accordance with their contractual obligations, applicable instructions, and legal requirements. C. Legal and Regulatory Requirements

We may disclose information to judicial, governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

D. Protection of Rights and Safety

Users are not required to provide payment information to browse, discover, or compare fund-related information through the ordinary Platform functionality.

If payment functionality is introduced in the future, this Policy will be reviewed and updated to reflect the applicable payment-processing arrangements, security practices, and legal requirements.

10. Data Retention JK Capital may retain information voluntarily submitted through AIF Central for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to inquiries and information requests;
  • Facilitate communication relating to requested fund information;
  • Maintain relevant business and operational records;
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements;
  • Maintain Platform security and integrity.

The retention period may vary depending on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer required, JK Capital will take reasonable steps to securely delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it, subject to applicable retention requirements and legitimate business needs

11. Personal Information of Minors AIF Central is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly seek to collect Personal Information from minors in violation of applicable law.

If Personal Information relating to a minor is submitted through the Platform, it will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Where applicable, information transmitted between the User's device and the Platform may be protected using HTTPS encryption.

Personal Information may be processed in India or in other jurisdictions, depending on the service providers and infrastructure used, subject to applicable legal requirements.

JK Capital will take reasonable measures to ensure that information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security obligations.
