Terms of Use This page contains the terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") that apply to any registered user or individual ("User"/ "You" / "Your") who has access / browses / uses any of the Platform (defined below) / Account ("defined below") / Services (defined below) of (i) JK Capital Private Limited ("JKCPL") a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U74110CH2019PTC042758) which is an AMFI Registered mutual fund distributor with ARN 252668; and (iii) includes all present and future Affiliates of JK Capital Private Limited. The term "Affiliate" means with respect to an entity the holding company, subsidiaries and associate companies and shall include any other entity, individual, firm, or corporation, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controlling, controlled by, or under common control of such entity (collectively referred to as "JK Capital Group" and also variously referred to as "AIF Central"/ "Company"/ "We"/ "Our"/ "Us").

Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy carefully before registering on the website, https://aifcentral.in ("Platform") which is owned, operated and maintained by AIF Central, powered by JK Capital Private Limited, or before accessing any material or information through the Platform.

By accessing / browsing / using the Platform and/or Services and/or opening an account with AIF Central ("Account"), or providing Us with Your Personal Information for any other purpose, You accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use, and Our Privacy Policy, each of which is available on Our Platform for Your reference. If You do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, You must not access / browse / use the Platform, the Services and the Account.

The Company retains an unconditional right to modify or amend this Terms of Use without any requirement to notify You of the same. Any such amendments shall be effective immediately. You can check when the Terms of Use was last modified or amended by referring to the "Last Updated" legend at the top left corner of this page. It shall be Your sole responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for any modification or amendments. Your acceptance of the amended Terms of Use by continued use of Our Platform / Services shall signify Your consent to such modification or amendments and to be legally bound by the same.

The following terms, including the terms of the Privacy Policy appended to this Terms of Use, record the understanding and arrangement in relation to the Services being offered by Us and availed by You as per Your investment preferences and generally Your use of the Platform.

Your access and usage of the Platform / Services / Account will be subject to Your compliance with all the terms and conditions set forth herein:

1. Platform Services AIF Central, powered by JK Capital Private Limited, provides access to its Platform for services offered on the Platform, which may include:

• Facilitating subscription and redemption of mutual fund units by transmitting your money and instructions to the relevant AMCs through your account. • Facilitating non-financial updates, such as changes to information recorded by AMCs. • Providing information and offer documents for all mutual funds on the Platform, along with recommendations for specific asset classes. • Responding to queries related to your account and acting as your point of contact for various AMCs. • Any other services incidental to portfolio management, investment management, mutual fund distribution, or related services.

2. Compliance with Law You agree to provide true and correct information in a timely manner and consent to verifications of information and instructions you provide on the Platform. Investments will be from your verified bank account (or primary holder's account for joint accounts) and from legitimate sources. You confirm you are a resident of India and will remit funds in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations governing access to and use of the Platform. JK Capital Private Limited will perform activities required to fulfil regulatory obligations for providing Services.

3. Registration on the Platform To avail the Services, you must register on the Platform.

Registration occurs by linking your mobile number and signing up on the Platform.

4. Eligibility for Registration Subject to these Terms, only Indian residents who are individuals capable of entering legally binding contracts may use the Services.

JK Capital Private Limited will verify the information you provide and bears no responsibility for incorrect, dishonest, fraudulent, or misrepresented information.

5. Provision of Services To provide Services, you acknowledge: • Access is tied to a username and password ("Login Credentials"). You are responsible for their security. AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited are not liable for instructions placed from your account that are unauthorized due to any reason, including security breaches on your part. • Notify AIF Central immediately of any unauthorized use, with full details (date, manner, transactions, etc.). • You are aware of risks associated with online services, including misuse or unauthorized logins, and may request blocking or passcode changes if your device is lost or compromised. • Any material downloaded from the Platform is at your own risk. AIF Central's graphical representations, recommendations, feedback, and reviews are not guarantees of performance. • The Services are provided "as is" or "as available," except as expressly stated. • Your bank may charge fees for transactions or insufficient funds. AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited do not levy or receive these charges. • Investments are processed on the same day if funds are received before cut-off times and in accordance with AMC norms; otherwise, they are processed the next business day. AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited may set earlier cut-offs than those of the AMC/SEBI. • Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read the relevant Offer Documents carefully. Past performance is not indicative of future results. • Seek independent professional advice before investing or withdrawing.

6. Access to Your Accounts on Third-Party Sites By using the Platform, you authorize AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited to access your accounts on third-party sites to retrieve information for Services. Third parties may rely on this authorization.

7. Access Within the JK Capital Group By using the Platform, you authorize AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited to use your information within the JK Capital Group to provide the Services.

8. Login Credentials Management You may reset Login Credentials at any time.

Password resets can be triggered via the "Forgot Password" link; a reset link will be sent to your registered email.

10. Customer Communications By accepting these Terms, you consent to be contacted by AIF Central, JK Capital Private Limited, its agents, affiliates, or others on any provided contact number or address, via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and Platform notifications.

You consent to communications via WhatsApp, including broadcasts and messages, in line with WhatsApp India policies.

You certify that the provided contact numbers and emails are yours and current. You agree to inform AIF Central if you stop using any number or email.

11. Links to Third-Party Platforms AIF Central may link to third-party platforms that collect your Personal Information to assist in providing Services. AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited use third-party vendors for KYC, onboarding, analytics, payment gateways, and signatures. By clicking links, you consent to third-party platforms; their terms govern their use. Review those terms carefully.

12. Intellectual Property You do not acquire ownership of AIF Central's or JK Capital Private Limited's intellectual property. You may download content for personal, non-commercial use only.

All content on the Platform (including logos, graphics, text, reports, and communications) is owned by AIF Central, JK Capital Private Limited, or its licensors.

If you believe the Platform infringes your IP, notify AIF Central or JK Capital Private Limited in writing at info@aifcentral.in. Claims must be by the IP owner or an authorized agent; false claims may result in access termination.

13. Indemnity You agree to indemnify JK Capital Group, its directors, employees, and representatives against losses arising from: breach of these Terms or Privacy Policy; fraud or dishonesty related to transactions; or misrepresentation of data provided by you.

AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited may participate in any defense with their chosen counsel and at their expense.

This indemnity survives termination or modification of the Terms.

You must obtain AIF Central's or JK Capital Private Limited's consent before settling any related claims.

14. Limitation of Liabilities AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited are not liable for errors of judgment, or delays or failures due to banks, AMCs, or payment systems.

AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited are not liable for inaccuracies on the Platform, trading losses, or damages arising from reliance on information or material on the Platform.

15. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction The Terms are governed by Indian law and any disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

16. Severability If any provision is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a provision that preserves the same effect, and the rest of the Terms remain in force.

17. Waiver Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

18. Term and Termination To terminate your account, use the "delete account" tab on the Platform.

Post-termination, AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited will maintain records as required by law and will fulfill redemption/transfer requests for mutual fund holdings as needed. AIF Central and JK Capital Private Limited may close your account for non-compliance or legal violations.

19. Miscellaneous Notices will be sent by email or platform notifications. Notices to AIF Central or JK Capital Private Limited should be sent to info@aifcentral.in.

Neither party may assign rights under this Agreement without written consent.

If AIF Central or JK Capital Private Limited detects fraudulent activity, it may block or freeze the account.
